Courses

All information on the degree programs offered by the Faculty of Agriculture, including module guides, is available on the Study Programs webpage. The course catalog is available at BASIS.

Please note that you cannot choose courses from a master's degree program if you are in a bachelor's degree program.

The courses in the bachelor's degree programs are held in German, so you must have very good German language skills to take these courses. Many of the courses offered for the master's degree programs are also available in English.

You can choose one or more modules from the new bachelor's and master's degree programs offered by the Faculty of Agriculture during your stay. The module courses are designed (with two exceptions) so that a module can be completed in one semester. Please note that a module may also include exercises or seminars.

Language requirements

B2 English language skills for English-language courses

If you have been accepted at the Faculty of Agriculture under an exchange program, you will receive an email from the International Office with all of the important information you need on the organizational preparations for your arrival (mid-June/mid-December). Information on German language courses, insurance and our Welcome Days is available on the International Office website.
