The Master graduates of the study program aim to be well prepared for professions and positions requiring academical and practical competence along with the capacity for a methodical approach.

This compilation of the possible professional fields required the collection of the professional associations’ data (e.g. BerufsVerband Oecotrophologie e.V. (VDOE), the experiences of teachers, and the survey of employers.

  • National and international activity in nutrition research and nutrition science (universities, universities of applied science, non-university research institutions)
  • Responsible activity in research and development labs of food and pharmaceutical industry
  • Leading position in the field production, production development and technique of food enterprises
