You must search for a suitable internship on your own. You can find tips for a successful search on the website of the International Office.

Please register online with the International Office.

The Learning Agreement for Traineeships describes the program of your internship abroad that you have agreed on with the host institution and defines the objectives of the internship. Please start filling it out in good time and upload the signed document to Mobility Online at least 4 weeks before the start of the internship. You can find instructions for completing the form [DE] on the website of the International Office.

Recognition

IIn some study programs at the Faculty of Agriculture, it is possible to have internships recognized as (free) elective modules. Please contact the respective module coordinator for this before your stay abroad. Internships that are completed outside of the regular curriculum can be listed as additional achievements on your transcript or in the Diploma Supplement. Please apply for this at your examinations office and enclose your Learning Agreement for Traineeships (including Table D).

In addition, you can obtain the Certificate of Intercultural Competence at the Department of International Affairs. This extra-curricular qualification enables you to have stays abroad, participation in language courses or internationally oriented courses as well as involvement in the supervision of foreign students and in international associations/projects recognized with a certificate.
